Byron Williamson | President & CEO
After more than 20 years in the publishing industry, Byron Williamson
has founded Worthy Media. Byron began his career as a church educator.
He transitioned into the publishing arena as the creator of the
highly successful International Children’s Bible and New
Century Version projects – selling over 10 million copies.
In 1989 he became president of Word Publishing, a division of Cap
Cities/ABC (now Disney). Under his leadership the company grew
from $19 million to $48 million in annual revenue becoming the
largest Christian book imprint. In 1992, Word was acquired by Thomas
Nelson, and Byron became president of the Nelson/Word Publishing
Group. By 1999 he pushed combined growth from $128 million to $168
million making Nelson the 8th largest consumer book published.
During that time period he also launched the Tommy Nelson & J.
Countryman imprints. He resigned from Nelson and founded Integrity
Publishers in 2001, growing it to $20 million by 2007. Integrity
was sold to Thomas Nelson to fund parent company’s privatization
transaction. Byron has contributed to many of the industry’s most
successful publishing and curriculum products.

Jeana Ledbetter | Director of Development
Jeana Ledbetter is one of the industry’s most seasoned veterans.
She has 25 years of experience at the highly influential literary
firm, Yates & Yates. Throughout her career she has served as
an editorial advisor and most recently as an agent to many highly
respected communicators including Beth Moore, Dr. David Jeremiah,
Henry Cloud and John Townsend, all of whom have highly successful
curriculum products and trade books.

David Howell | Vice President, Finance & Operations
David Howell is known throughout the industry as an astute finance
and distribution strategist. He served as Senior Vice President
of Finance and Operations at Integrity Publishers. Prior to Integrity,
David was the Sr. Vice President of Finance and Operations for
Word Entertainment. At Thomas Nelson, he became the Vice President
of Finance with a focus on strategic planning, operations, and
acquisitions. Early in his career he climbed through the ranks
of Ernst & Young, one of the Big Four accounting firms with
an emphasis in serving entrepreneurial businesses.

Rob Birkhead | Vice President, Creative
Rob Birkhead is an experienced Marketing and Branding Executive with
20 years in the publishing and music industries. He has served
as a Sr. Vice President of Marketing at Thomas Nelson, directing
campaigns for New York Times best-selling authors such as Max Lucado,
John Eldredge and John C. Maxwell. As Sr. VP at Integrity Publishers
he worked with Beth Moore, Frank Peretti, David Jeremiah, Michael
W. Smith, Henry Cloud, John Townsend and others developing marketing
strategy, live events, direct response campaigns, church simulcasts
and national TV ads. He was also the Vice President of Marketing
for Word Publishing & Word Records (CapCities/ABC) from 1989
to 1996. Early in his career he served as a Creative Director for
McCann Erickson Ad Agency and has worked on national campaigns
for accounts such as Coca-Cola, JCPenney and American Greetings.
